With the aid of our NEW in gym camera. watch, hear and record a lesson
LIVE, on our regular training nights of
Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm GMT, unless otherwise stated you can purchase 2 hours of viewing time for just £3.99 that's 1 hour on a Tuesday and 1 hour on a Thursday, you can watch a live lesson taking place with the other students.
How it works! Once you have paid £3.99 by pressing the PayPal button and completed the purchase you will be taken to a new screen where you will find the
URL link to the camera and the username and password required to watch the lessons live that week.
please note that the password changes weekly.
In the darker/winter months the camera system will be set up inside my house and in the warmer months they will be set up outside
in the garden.
Please note the best time to purchase this function is prior to 7pm GMT on a Tuesday; the password will be changed after the Thursday.s lesson, so the buy button will only be available Friday to Tuesday ready for the next weeks lessons.

This option only supports Internet Explorer, when using the record option the file format used is .avi and also please be aware that the motion and signal quality is dependant on your internet conneciton.
